Our practice provides comprehensive ENT care within one medical group and emphasizes patient care, with both diagnosis and rehabilitative services.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical practice.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of patients.
• Team player with medical terminology knowledge.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service to patients and guests.
• Answer multi-line phones and greet patients.
• Collect insurance information and data; manage intake forms.
• Process co-pays and payments; verify insurance.
• Manage patient records and maintain EHR files.
• Schedule appointments based on provider availability.
• Support patients with testing scheduling for off-site services.
