Job summary

Stryker ENT is seeking a Sales Representative to manage a defined ENT territory, partnering with physicians and clinical teams to promote innovative ENT solutions. You will drive business growth through a mix of consultative selling, clinical engagement, and territory management across office and procedural settings.

The role involves in-person support during product evaluations and procedures, with travel across the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 2+ years quota-carrying outside sales in medical devices/healthcare or equivalent high-performance environment.
• Ability to provide in-person support during product evaluations and procedures in clinical settings.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a sales territory by promoting and selling ENT products to physicians, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and healthcare providers.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets through territory planning, account development, and opportunity management.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding relationships within existing accounts.
• Support product evaluations, procedures, and customer demonstrations in operating room and office environments.
• Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic value to support purchasing decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, clinicians, office staff, and key decision-makers across assigned accounts.
• Manage inventory, forecast territory needs, and maintain accurate sales and account records.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to execute territory strategies, monitor performance, and address customer needs.
