Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative for ENT, a field-based role focused on supporting healthcare providers with innovative ENT solutions. You will manage a defined territory, collaborate with physicians and clinical teams, and drive business growth through consultative selling and territory management in both office and procedural settings.

You will promote ENT products to physicians, hospitals, and healthcare facilities, while achieving sales targets and expanding accounts.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent outside sales experience in medical device/healthcare
• Outside sales or territory-based selling with track record of meeting goals
• Ability to provide in-person support during product evaluations and procedures in clinical settings

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage a sales territory by promoting ENT products to doctors, hospitals, and healthcare providers
• Meet or exceed sales targets through territory planning and account development
• Identify new business opportunities and expand relationships within existing accounts
• Support product evaluations, procedures, and customer demonstrations in OR and office settings
• Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic value
• Build relationships with surgeons, clinicians, office staff, and key decision-makers
• Forecast territory needs, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with regional leadership to execute territory strategies and address customer needs
