Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative for ENT in the United States. You will develop and manage a defined territory, partnering with physicians and clinical teams to promote ENT solutions in both office and procedural settings.

Role combines consultative selling with clinical engagement and territory growth to drive business and customer satisfaction. In-person support for evaluations and demos is required, with travel across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of quota-carrying outside sales in medical device or related healthcare fields.
• Experience in high-performance environments with ability to meet performance goals.
• Ability to provide in-person support during product evaluations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a sales territory by promoting ENT products to physicians, hospitals, and clinics.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets through territory planning and opportunity management.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding relationships within accounts.
• Support product evaluations, procedures, and customer demonstrations in OR and office settings.
• Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic value to support purchasing decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers.
• Manage inventory, forecast territory needs, and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to execute territory strategies.
