Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Field-based Sales Representative for Ear, Nose & Throat (ENT) to support healthcare providers with innovative ENT solutions in a defined Texas territory. You will engage physicians and clinical teams, driving growth through consultative selling and product demonstrations in office and procedures.

You will build relationships with surgeons and staff, achieve sales targets, forecast territory needs, and collaborate with regional leadership to optimize strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales environments; OR Bachelor’s degree and experience in a customer-facing, leadership, military, professional athletics, or another high-performance environment with interest in a sales career; OR Minimum 5 years of professional experience in outside sales with a track record of achieving performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a sales territory by promoting and selling ENT products to physicians, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and healthcare providers.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets through territory planning, account development, and opportunity management.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding relationships within existing accounts.
• Support product evaluations, procedures, and customer demonstrations in operating room and office-based environments.
• Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and economic value to support purchasing decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, clinicians, office staff, and key decision-makers across assigned accounts.
• Manage inventory, forecast territory needs, and maintain accurate sales and account records.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to execute territory strategies, monitor performance, and address customer needs.
