Aufgaben

• Greet and provide quality customer service to ASC guests.
• Answers phone calls at the ASC switchboard.
• Provides general information to the public as needed.
• Provides crisis communication assistance in the event of a school emergency.
• Manages all initial enrollment questions.
• Maintains confidentiality of all student, school, employee and district information.
• Assists with all areas of enrollment for the Welcome Center, including paperwork collection and distribution and data entry.
• Assists with record requests and record transfers for new enrollees.
• Assists guests and callers with PowerSchool and other enrollment forms and software.
• Assist HR and Communications Department as needed with clerical work.
• Prefer bilingual speaking.
• Minimum Requirment of High School Diploma
