Job summary

The City of Albuquerque seeks a structured ERSEA Coordinator to oversee Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment & Attendance services. You will be the main contact for ERSEA program needs, collaborating with community partners to ensure compliance with city, state, federal, and organizational guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in social work or family studies.
• Three (3) years of experience in determining eligibility and conducting enrollment and recruitment in social service programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the ERSEA services and serve as the main point of contact for services.
• Collaborate with community partners to support program operations.
• Provide training to staff; monitor compliance with city, state, federal and organizational guidelines.
• Develop and implement a recruitment plan to increase enrollment and maintain full enrollment.
• Monitor program performance, conduct file reviews, analyze data, and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with program management to ensure proper governing body approval of plans and reports.
