Job summary

Anne Arundel Community College (AACC) is hiring an Enrollment Verification & Registration Technician at the Arnold/Main Campus. You will process enrollment verifications, manage records, and ensure FERPA-compliant handling of student data while serving as the main contact for verification requests.

You will use Colleague, NSC, and Perceptive Content to maintain accurate, timely records and provide in-person and remote support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer and technical skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and data entry in large relational databases.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of student records and apply FERPA regulations.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide high-level customer service in both in-person and remote settings.

Responsibilities

• Process enrollment verification requests via in-person, electronic, email, and National Student Clearinghouse channels.
• Explain enrollment-related policies clearly and professionally to students.
• Use Colleague, NSC, Perceptive Content, and related systems for data entry, review, imaging, and tracking.
• Deliver in-person and remote support for records/registration inquiries.
• Serve as backup for outgoing official transcript processing.
