Job summary

Aflac, Incorporated in the United States, is seeking a data enrichment and enrollment support professional to join our Individual Benefits Operations team. The role focuses on analyzing enrollment data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the implementation of enrollment technologies across partner systems.

You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve processing efficiency.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in CSV, Text, Excel, Word, and PDF formats.
• Experience with Excel functions including VLOOKUP and IF/THEN statements.
• Familiarity with enrollment technologies and 3rd party enrollment software providers’ offerings.

Responsibilities

• Review internal audit results and logs to identify errors and coordinate with Digital Services, Production Support, Product Owner offices to resolve root causes.
• Update enrollment systems to support incoming case documents and eligibility criteria per partner capabilities; identify process improvements.
• Monitor Secure File Transfer protocols and ensure correct file-naming; apply EDI mapping guidelines to ensure compliance.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and mentor less-experienced team members.
• Perform other duties as required.
