Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking an Enrollment Data Analyst III (US) to oversee daily enrollment operations, reconcile records, and resolve complex enrollment issues across assigned markets. This role supports hybrid/virtual work with some in-person training and requires coordination with state agencies and health plans.

Ideal candidates have an AA/AS in a related field and at least 3 years of analytics experience, including 1 year in enrollment analysis.

Qualifications

• Requires an AA/AS in Information Systems, Health Care Management or Business or related field and minimum of 3 years of experience in analytical role including a minimum of 1 year as enrollment analyst.

Responsibilities

• Provides process oversight of daily enrollment operations for assigned markets.
• Serves as Subject Matter Expert for Enrollment Operations in assigned market(s).
• Monitors market-specific SLAs and escalates issues as needed.
• Interfaces with state agencies, health plans, and internal departments to investigate and resolve enrollment issues.
• Participates in market meetings and audits to provide market-specific enrollment load details.
