Job summary

Aflac Benefits Enroller position with Aflac focuses on growing client relationships and generating new business opportunities. You will conduct virtual and on-site employer presentations to demonstrate Aflac's value, educate employees on benefits, and provide enrollment support.

Candidates should have an active health and/or life insurance license, proven industry experience, excellent communication skills, and be self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Active health and/or life insurance license is required.
• Proven industry experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a criminal background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
• Generate new sales opportunities through referrals, networking, and prospecting.
• Conduct virtual and on-site presentations with employers to demonstrate the value of Aflac.
• Educate employees on available benefits packages and support enrollment needs.
• Provide ongoing enrollment, claims, and service support.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
