Job summary

PennWest Enrollment Management seeks an Enrollment Systems and CRM Manager to partner with enrollment marketing and admissions, coordinating Slate CRM development, automation, reporting, and data import processes.

Reporting to the Director of Admissions Operations, you will serve as a power-user for recruitment technology, create dashboards, train users, and drive data-driven improvements across pathways from engagement to onboarding and success.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with programming and report writing
• Understanding of workflows, automation, and process documentation
• Previous experience with CRM software or software that uses conditional merge and filtering functions

Responsibilities

• Administer Slate CRM including record updates, merges, user maintenance, troubleshooting, data loading, reports.
• Assist with content creation, maintenance, development, and testing of Slate and related tools.
• Create and maintain dashboards/reports for end users in the CRM.
• Assist with new Slate components implementation.
• Perform data clean-up to keep Slate running smoothly.
• Serve as Slate liaison for Common App, coordinate content and integrations.
• Provide Slate training and develop training materials.
