Boundless Learning is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to guide prospective students through the application, enrollment, and onboarding journey for bachelor’s, master’s and certificate programs. You will discover needs, demonstrate program fit, and support applicants through the admissions process to registration and program start.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in sales-focused contact center or customer service preferred.
• General knowledge of college admissions and recruitment preferred.
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with tight timelines.
• Willing to work occasional evenings and Saturdays as required.

Responsibilities

• Meet enrollment targets and manage a mature pipeline of leads.
• Advise prospective students through the admissions process to determine program fit.
• Communicate with leads via calls, SMS, chat and emails.
• Maintain accurate records in the database and report trends to the team.
