Job summary

Boundless Learning in Chandler, AZ is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to guide prospective students through the application, enrollment, and onboarding journey for bachelor’s, master’s and certificate programs.

You will consult with applicants, identify needs, explain program fit, and support them through registration and start. The role requires strong communication, teamwork with the Enrollment leadership team, and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree from an accredited institution.
• Sales-focused call center or customer service experience preferred.
• General knowledge of college admissions and recruitment preferred.
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective students through the application, enrollment, and onboarding journey for degree programs.
• Discover needs and concerns, and demonstrate how programs meet those needs.
• Support applicants through registration and program start.
• Collaborate with the Enrollment leadership team to meet targets.
• Maintain and update applicant interactions in the database.
