Job summary

StrongMind is seeking an Enrollment Advisor in Chandler, AZ. This in-person role supports families through the enrollment journey, coordinating applications, eligibility and timelines while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will use CRM and SIS systems, collaborate with Admissions and school staff, and provide empathetic, organized service during high-volume intake hours. StrongMind values kindness, accountability, collaboration, innovation, and grit.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication
• Customer service or call center experience in a high-volume environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective families through enrollment steps via phone, email, or in person
• Review and process enrollment applications for completeness and compliance
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and SIS
• Follow up with families to resolve missing items or barriers
• Explain eligibility criteria, deadlines, and next steps clearly
• Collaborate with team to resolve enrollment issues
• Complete enrollments and support walk-in or phone-based applicants
• Work core hours 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Arizona time, Monday–Friday
