Job summary

Qualifications

• CRM proficiency using Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in higher education, student services, or related fields preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Experience coordinating events and outreach to students.

Responsibilities

• Provide walk-in and virtual admissions support and counseling.
• Manage a caseload of leads and opportunities to maximize conversion.
• Assist with campus events and outreach to prospective students.
• Support assessment, financial aid inquiries, and FAFSA guidance.
• Coordinate with Business Office on tuition and bursar questions.
