Ivy Tech Evansville seeks an Admissions Assistant to support the on campus Enrollment Center. The admissions assistant will provide clerical and administrative support related to admissions on campus, and will be an in-person role based on the Evansville campus.
Responsibilities include greeting students, visitors, and staff, handling mail, scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and ensuring FERPA privacy. Hiring range is $16.00–$17.00 per hour depending on experience.

The admissions assistant will be responsible for all clerical and administrative support related to admissions on campus. This includes providing routine clerical support to the admissions office. This is an in person role based on the Evansville campus.
Hiring Range: This role is budgeted between $16.00 and $17.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
Work Hours: Typical business work hours, may be adjusted during peak times.
Minimum Qualifications: An Associate's degree is required. Excellent computer skills and knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing required. Must be able to maintain proficiency and competency in administrative support procedures with the ability to determine priorities.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Banner SIS, Salesforce CRM, and Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Forms
