Job summary

Carnegie seeks a Director of Enrollment Strategy in the United States to build and run enrollment plans for its most complex clients. You will translate data and market insights into strategies that hit enrollment goals through hands-on client leadership and collaboration with internal teams.

You will lead on-site and virtual engagements, guide multi-channel strategies, and foster senior-level campus relationships while shaping forward-looking enrollment plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years in enrollment, admissions, strategic communications, or related roles.
• 5+ years in higher education with SIS experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site and virtual client engagements with clear results.
• Serve as lead strategist for integrated student search, financial aid, and enrollment strategies.
• Run high-stakes calls and oversee deliverables.
• Build senior-level relationships with campus leaders and account teams.
• Turn data into actionable enrollment insights.
