Job summary

Carnegie seeks a Director of Enrollment Strategy to lead complex enrollment programs for higher education clients. You will translate data and market insights into strategic plans, manage client engagements, and guide teams to deliver measurable enrollment results.

You will oversee multi-channel enrollment strategies, collaborate with campus leaders, and stay ahead of trends in higher education marketing and enrollment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enrollment, admissions, strategic communications, or related field in higher ed or agency
• 5+ years working in higher ed with Student Information Systems (SIS)
• Extensive experience with CRM tools or other relational database systems
• Deep expertise in higher ed enrollment management, admissions, and/or financial aid
• Track record of building enrollment strategies that deliver results
• Ability to distill large data into actionable insights for executives
• Experience growing client accounts and sustaining partnerships

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site and virtual client engagements delivering strong experiences and clear results
• Serve as lead strategist for integrated student search, financial aid, and enrollment strategies
• Run high-stakes calls and oversee deliverables the team produces
• Build senior-level relationships with campus leaders alongside the Account Director
• Guide clients toward forward-looking enrollment needs
• Turn data into actionable insights and stories for diverse audiences
