Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in humanities/health and human services or equivalent experience.
• Two years of experience in marketing or admissions for a healthcare provider.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain initial admissions information and coordinate the intake process.
• Provide information and referrals to community agencies.
• Assess potential participants during intake.

Skills

Bachelor's Degree in humanities/health and human services or equivalent experience with C.N.A. or L.P.N. certification.

Two years of experience in marketing, sales, or admissions for a healthcare provider.

Knowledge about the PACE model and philosophy of care.

Valid driver’s license and means of transportation.
