Job summary

GT Independence is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to conduct face-to-face and virtual enrollments, educating consumers about self-direction and supporting their choice to self-direct in financial management services.

In a remote office setting with travel, you will maintain confidentiality, assist families and guardians, and help streamline enrollment processes while upholding the company mission.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Services/Social Work, Marketing/Communication preferred.
• Will consider candidates with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducts the enrollment process with the person served and their circle of support in a timely manner.
• Ensures enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
• Recommends improvements to internal processes to prevent issues and enhance service experience.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Upholds company values and mission.
• Other duties as assigned.
