Job summary

GT Independence, LLC is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to conduct face-to-face and virtual enrollments for individuals receiving financial management services. You will educate consumers on self-direction and advocate for their choices, while coordinating with families and guardians.

The role emphasizes timely enrollment, accurate documentation, and adherence to HIPAA. Remote/field work possible with frequent travel; supports the mission of empowering individuals to self-direct care.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills required.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
• Ability to participate effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with word processing, file management and standard office terminology.
• Education preferred but candidates with relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct enrollment processes with individuals and their support circle in a timely manner.
• Ensure enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
• Suggest improvements to internal processes to enhance service experience.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Uphold GT Independence values and mission; perform other duties as assigned.
