Job summary

GT Independence, LLC is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to conduct face-to-face and virtual enrollments for consumers receiving financial management services within the self-direction model of care.

You will educate consumers, collaborate with families and guardians, and ensure enrollment documents are complete and accurate while upholding confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Occasional travel to community settings is required.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Human Services/Social Work, Marketing or Communication.
• 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the enrollment process with the person served and their circle of support in a timely manner.
• Ensure enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
• Recommends improvements to internal processes to enhance service experience.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Uphold company values and mission.
• Other duties as assigned.
