Job summary

GT Independence, LLC is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to conduct in-person and virtual enrollments for individuals receiving self-direction financial management services. You will educate consumers, advocate for self-direction, and help families understand the enrollment process.

The role supports a remote-office setting with travel to communities, collaborates with care teams, and ensures accurate documentation while upholding privacy and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct enrollment with the person served and their support circle in a timely manner.
• Ensure enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
• Suggest improvements to internal processes to enhance service delivery.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Uphold GT Independence values and mission.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
