Job summary

GT Independence is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to provide face-to-face personal service to consumers, their circle of support, and host agencies in Oregon. This is a remote position with daily travel likely required.

You will conduct enrollment, ensure documents are complete, and support process improvements while upholding our mission of self-determination and trusted service. A related associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 1 year of experience and solid communication skills

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
• Ability to participate in a highly effective team.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct enrollment with person served and circle of support in a timely manner.
• Ensure enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
• Recommend improvements to internal processes to prevent issues and enhance service experience.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Uphold company values and mission.
• Other duties as assigned.
