Job summary

GT Independence is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to conduct face-to-face and virtual enrollments for individuals receiving financial management services in self-direction programs. You will educate consumers and support them in understanding their self-direction options to promote independence and choice.

You will guide the enrollment process with the person served and their circle of support, ensure documents are complete, and advocate for process improvements while upholding confidentiality

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Associate degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication is preferred.
• Will consider candidates with experience relevant to the position.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Conducts the enrollment process with the person served and their circle of support (i.e., families, guardians) in a timely manner.
• Ensures enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
• Recommends improvements to internal process/systems to prevent future issues and to enhance service experience.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Performs external outreach to community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders to support enrollment growth and enhance service accessibility.

• Pay or shift range: $21 USD to $22 USD
  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
