Job summary

GT Independence in Oregon seeks an Enrollment Specialist to guide individuals through the enrollment process, ensuring documents are complete and accurate. You will coordinate with families and guardians and maintain HIPAA compliance.

Engagement with community partners and outreach will support enrollment growth and access to services. A related bachelor’s/associate degree is preferred, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Conducts the enrollment process with the person served and their circle of support (i.e., families, guardians) in a timely manner.
• Ensures enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
• Recommends improvements to internal process/systems to prevent future issues and to enhance service experience.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Performs external outreach to community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders to support enrollment growth and enhance service accessibility.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related field
• Associate degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business, or Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication is preferred.
• Will consider candidates with experience relevant to the position.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and terminology.
