Job summary

GT Independence is a national Financial Management Services provider helping individuals in self-direction programs manage long-term care and support services at home and in community settings. The enrollment specialist will coordinate enrollment with clients and their support networks, ensure documents are complete, and uphold privacy and HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Associate degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication is preferred.
• Familiarity with administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, filing, and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct enrollment with the person served and their circle of support in a timely manner.
• Ensure enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
• Suggest improvements to internal processes to prevent issues and enhance service experience.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Perform external outreach to community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders to support enrollment growth.

• Pay or shift range: $21 USD to $22 USD
  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
