Job summary

GT Independence is a national Financial Management Services provider helping individuals in self-direction programs manage long-term care and support services.

We seek an Enrollment Coordinator to guide the enrollment process, ensure HIPAA compliance, and engage community partners to grow enrollment and improve service access.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication preferred.
• Knowledge of administrative procedures, record-keeping, and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct enrollment with the person served and their circle of support (families, guardians) in a timely manner.
• Ensures enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
• Recommends improvements to internal process/systems to prevent future issues and to enhance service experience.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Performs external outreach to community partners, referral sources, and stakeholders to support enrollment growth and enhance service accessibility.

• Pay or shift range: $21 USD to $22 USD The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
