Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Associate or Bachelor’s in Business, Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication preferred.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.

• Ensure enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
• Recommend improvements to internal processes to prevent issues and to enhance service experience.
