Job summary

GT Independence is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to conduct face-to-face and virtual enrollments for consumers receiving financial management services in the self-direction model of care. You will educate consumers and advocates to help them understand self-direction and coordinate enrollment with their circle of support.

The role requires strong written and oral communication, 1 year of related experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
• Ability to participate effectively in a team.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems (word processing, records management).

Responsibilities

• Conducts enrollment with the person served and circle of support in a timely manner.
• Ensures enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
• Recommends improvements to internal processes to prevent issues and enhance service experience.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Upholds company values and mission.
• Other duties as assigned.
