Responsibilities

• Conducts the enrollment process with the person served and their circle of support in a timely manner.
• Ensures enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
• Recommends improvements to internal process/systems.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Upholds company values and mission.

Skills

Strong oral and written communication skills

Personal computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office products

Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service

Ability to participate in a highly effective team

Education

Associate degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Services/Social Work, Marketing/Communication
