Job summary

Great Hearts Academies is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to join our North Texas team in a hybrid role. You will process and validate enrollment data, manage multiple systems, and proactively reach out to prospective families.

You will educate families about the Great Hearts enrollment process, track student progress in the first 30 days, and collaborate with the Senior Director of Enrollment and Marketing to move prospects from inquiry to enrollment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum two years experience as a Texas DCO or Registrar.
• Experience with student information systems and CRMs.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain large volumes of enrollment data with accuracy.
• Proactively contacting inquiries and outbound calls to families.
• Educate families about Great Hearts and enrollment steps.
• Track student persistence through the first 30 days of school.
• Collaborate with Enrollment Senior Director and Marketing on recruitment initiatives.
• Attend community events to promote enrollment and brand awareness.
