Job summary

The Learning Experience in Dallas, TX is seeking an Enrollment & Family Engagement Specialist to join our center's growth efforts. This part-time role focuses on generating and converting enrollment opportunities while delivering an exceptional family experience.

You will respond to inquiries, schedule tours, present our programs, and guide families through the enrollment process with warmth and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must be energetic, personable, and genuinely enjoy helping families.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and attention to detail.
• Comfortable speaking with parents and presenting programs.
• Experience in sales, customer service, admissions, enrollment, childcare, education, or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to new parent inquiries via phone, text, email, and other channels.
• Follow up consistently with prospective families throughout the enrollment process.
• Schedule and conduct center tours with a warm, welcoming experience.
• Clearly communicate curriculum, programs, classrooms, schedule, tuition, and enrollment steps.
• Build genuine relationships with families and understand childcare needs.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, tours, follow-ups, and enrollment activity.
• Re-engage previous leads and families who expressed interest before.
• Work closely with Center Director to achieve enrollment goals.
• Participate in open houses, community events, and local outreach.
• Develop relationships with local businesses and family-focused organizations.
• Encourage referrals from current families and strengthen the local community.
• Represent The Learning Experience professionally at all times.
• Support other center activities as needed.
