Job summary

Great Hearts in Arlington, TX seeks an Enrollment Registrar to manage large data sets, support recruiting, and move prospects to enrollment. You'll use advanced Excel and multiple SIS/CRM systems, educating families about Great Hearts while ensuring data integrity.

Responsibilities include tracking enrollment progress, performing data cleanup, and collaborating with the Enrollment Director and Marketing to achieve 11th-day enrollment goals. Some local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum two years as a Texas DCO or Registrar.
• Experience with student information systems, CRM or enterprise databases.
• Advanced Excel skills: formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation.

Responsibilities

• Process, validate, and maintain large volumes of data accurately.
• Use advanced Excel functions to support operational needs.
• Navigate multiple software systems and databases simultaneously.
• Provide customer service and educate prospective families about Great Hearts.
• Follow up with interested families and develop relationships.
• Track student progression through the first 30 days of school.
• Assist with data cleanup and support newly registered students.
• Support campuses in meeting enrollment goals; travel locally as needed.
• Collaborate with Enrollment leadership and Marketing on recruiting initiatives.
