Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Navigates CRM software and student information systems to track applicant progress and manage communication pipelines.
• Provides comprehensive administrative assistance to support the admissions team and daily office operations.
• Maintains meticulous record keeping standards to ensure compliance with institutional policies.
• Practices strong time management to balance high-volume tasks and meet enrollment deadlines.
• Applies effective conflict resolution strategies to address applicant concerns and turn challenges into positive outcomes.
• Utilizes Microsoft Office applications to generate reports and draft correspondence.
