Atlanta Technical College is seeking a Full-Time Enrollment Assistant in the Academic and Student Affairs Division, Enrollment Services. The role supports the enrollment process and delivers friendly, accurate guidance to students and families on campus.

Ideal candidates are organized, detail-focused, and eager to learn in a high-energy environment. Proficiency with Excel and BANNER is preferred, with a focus on welcoming service and timely processing of applications.

Formación

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and six months of related work experience.
• Preference for an associate degree or higher and one year of related work experience.
• Knowledge of FERPA and student information systems (preferably BANNER).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the day-to-day enrollment and student service operations.
• Help prospective and current students with admissions and enrollment processes.
• Enter and verify student information in BANNER and other platforms.
• Follow up on missing information to support timely enrollment.
• Provide information on admissions, registration, and enrollment deadlines.
