Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Enrollment Services/Admissions experience.
• Proven leadership, training, and performance management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Enrollment Services department at the campus level.
• Hire, train, and develop Enrollment Services Associates.
• Ensure timely, accurate, compliant customer service for prospective and enrolled students.
• Conduct performance evaluations and NSRs.
• Collaborate with Student Finance and Academic Affairs for cross-departmental training.
