Job summary

Colorado Mountain College seeks a Senior Enrollment Services Specialist to assist with recruiting activities and pre-enrollment follow-up of students. This role represents the college at local campus events and off-campus events, handling inquiries, applicants and current students.

The position supports admissions processes, counseling, and front desk activities, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and offers comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher or equivalent experience.
• Two years related work experience preferred.
• Previous admissions and recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with standard MS Office; knowledge of Access, Publisher, Photoshop, InDesign is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, pre-enrollment, and student services activities.
• Coordinate admissions processes and procedures with departments.
• Follow-up with prospective students via phone and email.
• Coordinate campus visits and events for prospective students.
• Provide front office support and assist with Financial Aid counseling backup.
