Colorado Mountain College is seeking a Senior Enrollment Services Specialist to support recruiting, pre-enrollment follow-up, and student services across campus and at off-campus events.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork, with bilingual (Spanish/English) skills and a 5% pay differential. Salary range posted, with benefits and potential relocation discussions. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with related experience as stated.
• Experience in admissions and recruitment preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local high school visits with Admissions for recruitment.
• Assist with onboarding new students and maintain records.
• Develop and coordinate admissions processes and procedures.
• Follow up with prospective students via phone and email.
• Schedule campus tours and Visit Days.
• Provide Front Line Financial Aid Counseling and FAFSA assistance.
