Colorado Mountain College in Glenwood Springs, CO is seeking a Senior Enrollment Services Specialist who will assist with recruiting activities and pre-enrollment follow-up for prospective students. You will represent CMC at campus events and interact with inquiries, applicants, and current students to provide guidance and support.

The role involves applying knowledge of programs and policies to support registrar, admissions, financial aid, and other student services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and two years related work experience, or an Associate’s Degree and three years related work experience, or High School Diploma/GED and four years related work experience or equivalent education and experience.
• Previous admissions and recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to multitask.
• Knowledge of standard administrative methods; Microsoft Office; familiarity with Access, Publisher, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Read, write, speak English well; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinates local high school visits with Admissions on scheduling and recruitment of local students.
• Works with departments to onboard new students.
• Assists in developing and coordinating admissions processes and procedures.
• Assists in recruitment and pre-enrollment follow-up via phone and email.
• Evaluates and processes admissions applications including residency status.
• Coordinates communication with applicants via phone, email, and mailings.
