Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1 year of experience in a customer service supervisory role.
• Experience in enrollment services or higher education preferred.
• Knowledge of financial aid principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily enrollment services operations on Peoria and East Peoria campuses.
• Supervise and schedule temporary, part-time, and student staff.
• Provide frontline support by advising, investigating, and resolving financial aid issues.
• Escalate complex cases as needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Develop and deliver training for frontline staff in collaboration with the manager.
• Facilitate cross-training with advisement, admissions, and other departments.
• Stay current on financial aid regulations and processes to ensure compliant service delivery.
• Assist in continuous improvement efforts to refine enrollment processes and enhance satisfaction.
