Job summary

Colorado Mountain College seeks a Campus Coordinator of Enrollment Services to lead enrollment and registration across campus, coordinating with academic and student services, financial aid, testing, scholarships and CEPA to ensure accurate processing.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in enrollment or related operations, strong Microsoft Office skills, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and willingness to work with diverse community members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and three years related experience, or equivalent education and experience that will provide the necessary knowledge, skill and abilities to perform the functions of the position.
• Knowledge of standard administrative methods and procedures; MS Office. Familiarity with Access, Publisher, Photoshop, and InDesign beneficial.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English well; multi-task; meet deadlines; strong verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front office operations and staff; maintain customer service excellence.
• Coordinate enrollment workflows and staff scheduling to maximize service levels.
• Assist in preparing budgets, reporting, and data management for enrollment services.
• Collaborate with HR, registrar, testing, financial aid and counseling to support student success.
