Job summary

Colorado Mountain College is seeking a Senior Enrollment Services Specialist to support recruiting and pre-enrollment activities at the campus and at off-campus events. You will engage with inquiries, assist applicants and current students, and coordinate admissions processes with departments across campus.

The role emphasizes welcoming service, strong communication, and multitasking in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Education and experience sufficient for the rigors of the position; a Bachelor's degree plus two years related work experience preferred.
• Previous admissions and recruitment experience is preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to multitask and work with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, pre-enrollment, and student services activities.
• Coordinate local high school visits and onboarding of new students.
• Assist in admissions processes and communications with applicants.
• Provide front desk support and campus tour coordination.
• Perform clerical and data-related tasks and reporting.
