• Bachelor's Degree and three years related experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• Proficiency with standard office software and ability to work independently.
• Bilingual English preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk staff and front office operations.
• Coordinate enrollment and registration processes across departments.
• Collaborate with HR on staffing, leave approvals, and performance evaluations.
• Prepare time sheets, monitor budgets, and manage office supplies.
• Develop efficient registration workflows and provide training to staff.
