OSU Cascades is hiring three part-time Enrollment Services Student Assistant positions to provide front-line support to students, faculty, and staff. The team will assist with projects and initiatives that advance the department's mission and offer hands-on experience in student services, customer support, and administrative processes.

These roles help students develop professional skills in communication, technology, organization, and equity and inclusion, with typical hours up to 24 per week

Formación

• Must be academically enrolled in a high school, community college, or university.
• Must meet Academic Standing Requirements; students on academic suspension are not eligible for employment.
• Must meet the applicable minimal enrollment standard.

Responsabilidades

• Greet visitors and answer walk‑in or telephone questions from students, faculty, and staff; provide information and referrals.
• Follows Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) when working with confidential information.
• Support Enrollment Services projects such as communication plans, event promotions, social media, etc.
• Attend and participate in paid weekly meetings and trainings on Enrollment Services related support.
• Assist with various additional tasks and projects needed by the department.
