Job summary

Texas A&M University – San Antonio is seeking an Enrollment Services Advisor II to provide student, faculty, and staff support across admissions, financial aid, advising, and registration. Under supervision, you will guide inquiries via phone and email and assist in enrollment processes.

You will train and lead student workers, maintain databases (CRM, Banner), and participate in recruitment events. Some travel and non-standard hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in related field.
• Two years of related experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work with others.
• Knowledge of university admissions processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service to students, faculty, and staff via phone and email.
• Advises on financial aid and admission status for students.
• Maintains database with information for prospective students and follows up.
• Oversees patient flow of walk-in visits and phone queues.
• Uses CRM/Banner/QLess/JIRA for reporting and tracking.
• Resolves enrollment-related concerns and communicates decisions.
• Performs updates to administrative processes and procedures.
• Assists in Student ID Card operations and related software.
• Supports recruitment events and outreach activities.
