Job summary

Texas A&M University is seeking an Enrollment Services Advisor I to assist prospective, current, and former students with enrollment needs including scholarships, financial aid, billing, and admissions. You will also participate in presentations and workshops to support students and families and provide exceptional customer service in a higher education setting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, extensive student-facing experience, and proficiency with Student Information

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Extensive experience in customer service.
• More than one year of experience in higher education, specifically areas of enrollment, admissions, financial aid, registrar, and student accounts.

Responsibilities

• Advises and counsels students on enrollment questions and financial matters.
• Guides students to resources and triages questions to partner offices.
• Communicates with students via in-person meetings, video, phone, email, and chat.
