Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, and staff via phone and email.
• Advise students on financial aid and admissions decisions.
• Maintain and update databases and tracking reports (CRM, Banner, CISCO, QLess, JIRA).
• Assist in planning events and outreach related to recruitment and financial aid.
• Participate in New Student Orientation and support enrollment processes.
• Help ensure adherence to policies and respond to enrollment questions.
