Job summary

Kiddie Academy CTX is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to convert inquiries into enrollments, build relationships with families, and guide parents through the enrollment process from first contact to final signature. The role emphasizes closing deals, following up with leads, and presenting our programs with confidence.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, on-site at Kiddie Academy CTX.

Qualifications

• A natural salesperson who enjoys closing deals and meeting enrollments goals.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Proven ability to follow up with leads and move them through the enrollment process.

Responsibilities

• Convert inquiries and tours into enrollments.
• Maintain regular contact with prospective families via calls, emails, texts.
• Navigate multiple databases and software while keeping accurate records.
• Manage enrollment paperwork, tours, reminders, and family info to prevent lost opportunities.
• Clearly explain programs, curricula, policies, and tuition to families.
• Collaborate with academy leadership and classrooms for smooth transitions.
• Own your pipeline and work toward enrollment targets with urgency.
